SPINACH SALAD

Smash your greens in . . . this is all I can say!!!

If you want a glowy’ skin and a damn punch of energy you should eat simple and green , that’s for sure! You don’t like salad?

Well , you never tried these ;-D

250g baby spinach , washed

1 lettuce heart , in slices

2 Tomatoes , in halfes

2 cooked or grilled potatoes , in halfes

around 150 g Tofu , whole piece

some falafel or other stuff which laying around 

Dash of sriracha

Pepper or all spice

DRESSING:

5 stems’ cilantro 

2 Tbsp hummus

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1 Tbsp tamari

1 tsp maple sirup

1/4 cup water

Pepper

Heat up a non stick grill pan , if it’s ready to use place the tomato and potato halfs , tofu piece and falafel or what so ever in the pan and let it sit on heat until you see the sides brown – than flip it over , repeat.

Set aside , sprinkle on some pepper or all spice and let it cool down.

In a large bowl place the lettuce leafs  and spinach and on top arrange your grilled goodies.

Toss over your dressing , decorate if you like with more of the hummus and give your salad a kick with some sriracha 😀
