Almond Cheeze Cake

Well , sometimes it’s time for lush and creamy cake dreams , right?


This version will not stuck on your hips , like this “I ate a whole candyshop” buttered sugar bombs ;-))) I swear!!!!

20 cm Springform

Preheat you oven to 180• Celsius or  360 • F


1 cup peeled and soaked almond 

125 g firm tofu , puréed 

1 Tblsp tapioka starch

1 Tblsp ground flax seeds

1 Tblsp coconut flour

Juice and zest of 1 lemon

5 dates , soaked but without liquid 

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until creamy – place it in a bowl and set aside.

Crust : 

2 cups granola of your choice (I use spelt or oat ones )

6 dates

1 tsp of almond milk

Place the ingredients in you food Prozessor and mix it up until it’s get stuck together , pour the batter in you springform and press it tightly with your hands od a spatula.

Now pour in your filling mixture and smooth it in.

Bake it for 45 minutes and let it cool down completely bevor you enjoy your first piece of happiness 😀

If it’s Sunday : go for it and dust it with some powdered birch sugar!!!
