What’s better as a juicy , hearty and lush first bite in the best burger you ever had? Oh yes! that’s right : NOTHING! 😀
You can burger’ this pattie like in the following recipe or you eat it at its own , make sandwiches or serve it with mashed potatoes and salad . . . and the list goes on ;-))
Make around 10 patties (size matters!)
1 Cup cooked black eyed beans
1 Cup cooked kidney beans
1/2 Cup bread crumps
1/2 Cup chickpea flour
1 Tblsp flax egg’
1 Tblsp tomato paste
2 Tblsp nutrition yeast
1/2 Tblsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 Tblsp garlic powder
1 Tblsp minced parsley
1 Tblsp onion powder
1 Tblsp tamari
Pour all the ingredients in your food Prozessor and mix it until it’s a firm batter .
2 Tblsp BBC sauce
1 Tblsp marble sirup
Preheat your Ofen to 200•C or 392•F .
Form your patties out of the batter and place it on a baking sheet ( with parchment paper ) .
Now spread every pattie with the BBC mixture and bake it for 15 min – than gently flip it to the other side , spread some BBC mixture on and bake it for another 20 minutes.
Let them cool down at least 15 minutes , they get firm!
Now you can enjoy them in any way you like – yummy!!!
