BEET & ROOTS SOUP

This raw soup is the ultimative autumn energy booster! I swear!

Very easy to make , if you have a good blender . . . I mean this horse power ones . . . if you do not have horses on hand you have to pre cook your veggies until blending – otherwise it will be a mess .

I believe in healing foods and I’m absolutely sure : this soup is a body healer . . . but try it on your own and see what happens ;-)))
4 servings

1 beet root , cleaned

1 parsnip , peeled

2 carrots , cleaned 

1 yellow carrot , cleaned

1 HF of grapes

1 Pear , cubed

2 cm piece of ginger

2 Tblsp almond butter

Juice and zest of 1/2 Lemon

Pinch of pumpkin spice

Pinch of long pepper 

Pinch of ALL spice 

Salt

500 ml water or soup stock 

for more creamyness” :

bit of almond milk ( I use homemade raw almond milk )

Put everything in a blender and blend it until smooth and “hand warm” – in my opinion it takes 3 minutes. 

Serve it with whatsoever” – I like it with chives and sesame seeds!!!

And it’s nice with houmus and thin bread as well ;-)))
