This is something really satisfying!!!
If the theme head over – the order of the day throughout the day is – this dish will save your life!!! I swear ;-))
. . . but be warned! If you follow my instructions you need to be a chililover . . . that’s why dragon is integrated in the heading . . .

1 pack mie goreng noodles , if available use the chili flavor once
– put them in a bowl and cover it with hot water . . . set aside
1 red onion , diced in stripes
1 zucchini , diced in stripes
1 baby egg plant , diced in stripes
1/2 tsp long pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 Tblsp Sriracha
1 Tblsp marple sirup
1 tsp grape seed oil
2 tbsp water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp chopped cashews
In a pan warm up the oil , put onions and egg plant stripes in and stir it until they get crispy – pour in the zucchini and 2 Tblsp water , cover with a lid and let it roast on low heat until the veggies are “medium rare “.
Mix the maple sirup,lemon juice ,Sriracha,long pepper,chili and a dash of salt together and toss it over the veggies .
Drain the noodles and mix it beneath the veggies and arrange it on a plate .
Serve it with chopped cashew , cilantro and some Sriracha on top.
