Holy Kramboly that rrrrrrocks!!!!
It’s meaty’ , hearty and had all that smoky flavors which make you feel eating something real toasty , rich and sinful ;-)))
Makes a lot of stripes
1 Eggplant , cleaned
1/2 Cup Barbecue Sauce
1/2 Cup Ketchup
2 Tblsp Liquid Smoke
1 Tblsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp All Spice
Mix this all together and set aside.
Cut the eggplant in 1 cm pieces and salt both sides .
Wait until juice come out and rub the salt up with a kitchen cloth.
Now cut the eggplant steaks in stripes , place it in a tin and toss all the sauce over it.
Refrigerate almost one hour – better: over night!
Take it direct from the marinade on a grill or in a grill pan – and roast it for few minutes .
Served it how ever with what so ever you want!!!!
