Breakfast is for lot of vegan beginners the biggest challenge. Why? There are tons of options – trust me 😉

Even your most loved breakfast –  from the blurred years behind you – can be veganized . . . stay cool! and educate yourself – than breakfast become the most loving dish of the day !!!!

1 cup oats

1 cup fine coconut shredds 

2 cups plant milk of your choice

1/2 cup water

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp vanilla extract

Pour the liquids in a pot and heat it up to ” hand” temperature .

Put in all the other ingredients and stir it gently until it thickens up and starts to bubble – not hardly folks 😉 don’t mess up your kitchen . . . 

Take it off of the stove , put the lid on and let it rest.

In between :


2 cups Apple slices

1 cup frozen Mango

2 tsp maple sirup

squeeze of lemon

Put all the ingredients in a blender of your choice and mix it until smooth.

Now place everything together in a lovely bowl – garnish? if you want! –  and enjoy your breakfast . Mhhhh
