Typical summer main dish salad which will satisfy you in different directions ;-D

1 Bowl


125g Tofu , drained – cut in stripes

1 Tblsp Chickpea flour 

3 Tblsp Water

1 Tblsp Nutrition  Yeast

Salt and pepper 


Mix the flour , water , yeast , salt and pepper into a batter and set aside for 10 minutes.

Toss the tofu slices through the batter and coat it with breadcrumbs .

Bake it on a silicon paper sheet for 15 – 20 minutes or until is golden and crispy. 

If you want more crisp’ you can spray the tofu slices with oil spray – I don’t use oil at all – but feel free ;-))

Salad :

1/2 head of your favorite lettuce 

1/2 onion

1/4 cucumber

2 tomatoes 

3 Tbls of your favorite pickles

Chop all the veggies in eating’ sizes and place it in your prettiest bowl , you can find . . . 


3 Tblsp hemp seeds

2 Tblsp silk tofu

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoon of the pickles liquid

1 Tblsp maple sirup

1 tsp garlic powder or 1/2 glove

1 tsp mustard 

Salt and Pepper

1/2 cup water

Blend it – until smooth in your favorite kitchen blending tool .

Bring all you stuff together to a pretty lush salad , go outside on a summer sun’place and enjoy your dish !!!
