Meanwile one knows from science , we don`t nearly need as much protein as previously thought . . . assuming you do not run every day marathon , dear reader !
And even then you canall the wonderful and fit vegan athletes lead to heart – they live very well without steaks and other “dead proteins”.
For everybody else: prepare for your next meal this gorgeous salad – and the protein question must be asked another time 😉
1 big bowl of salad
half of a lettuche head , rinsed
1 cup cooked buckwheat
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1 avocado ,sliced or cubed
1 cup diced mushrooms
3 diced tomatoes
1 small red onion , diced
2 tblsp cranberries
1 tblsp roasted peanuts
1 p italian dressing (category : dressings)
place all this beautiful ingredients in the prettiest bowl you can find in your kitchen and mixed it well. marinade the salad with italian dressing – yuuuuuuummy!
