3 steamed carrots (you can also use canned ones )
1 peeled and cooked potatoe
1/2 Cup cashews , soaked and rinsed
3 Tblsp nutrition yeast
1 Tblsp tamari
1 Tblsp apple cider Vinegar
1 Tblsp maple-sirup
1 Tblsp tahina
1/4 tsp tumeric
1tsp onion powder
1 tsp tapioca starch
1 Cup almond milk
Pour every ingredient in your power mixer and blend it until creamy and smooth –
if you want it runnier’ water to thin out!!!
Pour the mixture in a pot and heat it up on low heat and keep stir it all the time , until its bubbly and melty . . . now it’s ready to use – yumm!!!!
